Governance

The term Corporate Governance is used to indicate all of the rules and procedures which make up the system of direction and control of companies with share capital. Corporate governance has become considerably more important in recent years, due to the changes in stock markets, to which businesses are resorting much more frequently in order to finance their growth programmes.

The corporate governance structure adopted by the Landi Renzo group is based on the recommendations and regulations set out in the Corporate Governance Code issued by Borsa Italiana.
